Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to aquabiolabs.com and purchases from Aqua Biolabs LLC. By using the site, creating an account, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping, Returns & Payment Policy, and the Research Use Only terms.
Research-use purchase agreement: Products are offered only to customers who are at least 21 years old and are qualified to purchase, receive, and handle them for lawful in-vitro laboratory research.
Eligibility & permitted use
You must provide accurate information, comply with the Research Use Only restrictions, and maintain appropriate personnel, facilities, safety controls, and legal authority.
Orders & payment
An order is an offer to purchase, not an acceptance. We may verify, limit, cancel, or decline an order before fulfillment. Payment authorization does not guarantee acceptance.
Shipping & claims
Processing targets and carrier estimates are not guarantees. Address corrections, damage claims, returns, and refunds are governed by the published policy center.
1. Accounts and information
You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account. Information submitted to Aqua Biolabs must be complete, current, and accurate. We may require age, identity, institution, business, destination, or research-purpose verification.
2. Product information and documentation
Product images, descriptions, availability, packaging, and specifications may change. Purity statements describe Aqua Biolabs’ acceptance standard or a specific batch result where documentation is provided. A Certificate of Analysis or other report applies only to the identified lot and method. Website content is not medical advice, a promise of research outcome, or a substitute for independent review.
3. Prices, taxes, and payment processing
Prices and promotions may change before an order is accepted. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout when available. Payments are processed by third parties such as Stripe and its supported wallets. Aqua Biolabs does not receive or store full card numbers. You authorize the selected processor to charge or debit the amount shown and agree not to initiate a chargeback for an issue that can reasonably be addressed through support.
4. Order acceptance and fulfillment
We may reject or cancel an order because of inventory, pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, intended-use concerns, legal or carrier restrictions, destination, or inability to verify eligibility. If a canceled order was captured, the appropriate refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the site; bypass verification; provide false information; interfere with security; scrape personal or protected account data; infringe intellectual property; resell products for prohibited consumer, medical, veterinary, diagnostic, food, cosmetic, or household uses; or use the site or products unlawfully.
6. Intellectual property
The Aqua Biolabs name, logos, website design, original images, copy, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Aqua Biolabs and may not be reproduced, modified, or used commercially without written permission, except as allowed by law.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Aqua Biolabs does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or any particular research result. Nothing on the site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aqua Biolabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from site use, product misuse, unauthorized application, storage, handling, disposal, or reliance on general website content. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aqua Biolabs LLC and its personnel from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, false representations, prohibited use, resale, mishandling, or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Aqua Biolabs’ own unlawful conduct.
10. Changes, severability, and contact
