Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about our research peptides, ordering process, shipping, storage, and quality standards.

Ordering

How do I place an order? +
Browse the catalog and add products to your cart. Available payment methods will be shown at checkout once approved and active. An order is accepted after payment confirmation and any required review.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Available payment methods will appear at checkout once they are approved and active. Card and wallet options are not promised until payment-processor review is complete.
Can I modify or cancel my order? +
Contact support as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm whether a change or cancellation is still possible based on the order status.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing? +
Bulk research inquiries can be sent to info@aquabiolabs.com with the requested products and quantities. Availability, pricing, and fulfillment timing are confirmed case by case.

Shipping & Fulfillment

When will my order ship? +
Processing estimates and available shipping services will be shown in the published shipping policy and at checkout. Tracking is provided after fulfillment when available from the carrier.
What shipping method do you use? +
Available carriers, service levels, charges, and any free-shipping threshold will be shown at checkout once fulfillment settings are finalized.
Do you ship to PO Boxes? +
PO Box availability depends on the carrier and service selected. Checkout will confirm whether the address is serviceable; contact support before ordering if you are unsure.
Do you ship internationally? +
Aqua Biolabs currently ships within the United States. Additional destinations will only appear after compliance and carrier review. If your location is not accepted, contact support before placing an order.

Product Quality & Storage

What is your purity standard? +
Aqua Biolabs accepts products only when supplier or batch documentation supports >99% purity. Lots below that standard are rejected or returned. When an independent report is available, use the COA library for the batch-specific result.
Are your peptides third-party tested? +
Testing is linked to a specific batch when it is commissioned. Available independent laboratory reports are posted in the COA library; do not assume a batch was tested unless its document is shown.
How should I store my peptides? +
Follow the storage conditions shown on the product label and any batch documentation. Keep materials sealed, dry, and protected from light unless the product-specific instructions state otherwise.
What is the shelf life? +
Shelf life and storage conditions depend on the product and batch. Use the labeled lot or expiration information when supplied and contact support if batch-specific guidance is not available.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy? +
Contact support promptly if an order arrives damaged or incorrect and retain the packaging and photos. Eligibility is determined under the published refund policy; sensitive research materials may have return restrictions.
How do I contact support? +
Email info@aquabiolabs.com. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days. For urgent order issues, include your order number.
Do you have a researcher verification process? +
Customers must acknowledge the research-use-only restrictions, and additional researcher or business verification may be requested before an order is accepted.
