To operate accounts, process and fulfill orders, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, provide support, maintain records, improve the site, communicate with you, and comply with legal and processor obligations.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be disclosed to vendors that help operate the business, including WordPress and WooCommerce service providers, hosting and security providers, Stripe and supported payment methods, fraud-prevention services, shipping carriers, email or communication providers, analytics providers that are enabled, laboratories or documentation providers where necessary, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or complete a business transaction. Aqua Biolabs does not sell full payment-card information and does not receive full card numbers.

Necessary cookies keep accounts, carts, security, researcher verification, and checkout functioning. Analytics or marketing cookies may be used when enabled to understand performance and measure communications. Browser controls can limit optional cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent account or checkout features from working.

Analytics and session insights
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand site performance and how visitors use pages, navigation, forms, carts, and checkout flows. These services may receive technical information such as device and browser details, approximate location, referral data, page interactions, and session identifiers. Clarity is configured to mask sensitive content by default, and Aqua Biolabs excludes administrator sessions from Clarity recording. These tools are used to improve usability, diagnose errors, and measure site performance; they do not receive full payment-card numbers from Aqua Biolabs.

We may update this Policy prospectively and will post the revised date. Privacy questions and verified requests may be submitted through the contact page or sent to info@aquabiolabs.com. Do not send full payment-card or bank-account numbers by email or contact form.
